Our Techniques

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting  approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience.

Paediatric Techniques

We also use a number of specialised paediatric techniques developed for analysing & adjusting our many baby & infant patients. These specialist techniques are very different to those typically used on adults where joint "popping" is rare & the pressure applied is usually equivalent to that which is used to check the ripeness of a tomato. Many of our adult patients ask to have their children checked in our office so that we may prevent the same problems from developing that the parent is attending for. A "clear" nervous system is essential to every child's full expression of potential & development.

Techniques for Pregnant Mothers

Our practitioners are all experienced with caring for pregnant mums. Whether you are about to conceive and are planning the best possible pregnancy and delivery, or are suffering the spinal & pelvic discomfort commonly experienced during pregnancy; we can help.

Our specialised adjusting equipment, extensive training & knowledge together with our safe and gentle "low-force" techniques will allow you to experience a more comfortable and enjoyable pregnancy. Scientific Research has also established a direct link between pregnant women receiving chiropractic care & better delivery outcomes requiring less obstetric intervention and risk exposure.

All of our practitioners are certified and trained in the "Webster Technique" which is used with excellent success for breech presentations.

Dr. Sascha Asks some important questions of interest to Caringbah South residents - Chiropractor Caringbah South Dr. Sascha Asks...

Could a chiropractor put an end to bedwetting?
If bladder control seems elusive, consider chiropractic. If spinal bones are interfering with nerves that control your child's bladder, plastic sheets, alarms and other methods simply add to the embarrassment. Caringbah South parents are often amazed (and relieved) that chiropractic can be so helpful. Learn more.
What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
